1. Wash & moisturize your face in the morning and afternoon
Use a gentle soap or cleanser when you wake up, and before bed. Afterward, apply a moisturizer like Vilact® Skin Cream with Lactoactive®. And we should mention that Vilact® Skin Cream with Lactoactive® was awarded as the “Best New Natural Skincare Product” in Scandinavia in 2015.
2. Remove all of your makeup every night
Whatever you do, take off your makeup at night, and don't wait until you're too tired. Sleeping in your makeup is bad for your skin and your pillow!
Try Vilact® Skin Lotion as cleansing milk, also effective on waterproof mascara. This way you both cleanse your face and add night cream at the same time.
3. Avoid face wipes
We know sometimes the last thing you want to do is stand in front of the sink and waste precious sleeping time. We get it, but generally speaking, face wipes are your enemy.
Most face wipes are chemical-drenched cloths that can be incredibly irritating for the skin. They often have high levels of preservatives, alcohol, and antibacterial agents to keep them usable, all of which you're then applying to your skin. Just don't do it.
4. Start a 5-minute morning 'de-stressing' ritual
We all know stress is bad for your state of mind and bad for your body. But did you know stress can also wreak havoc on your complexion?

Practicing 5 minutes of meditation or just stillness while listing to calming music will activate your body's natural relaxation response.
5. Use sunscreen, SPF 30 or higher
Sunscreen not only protects you from sunburn, it also protects you against skin cancer and premature aging as well. Sunscreen is even more important when you're pregnant and your skin is especially fragile. 6. Eat your vegetables ... or take your vitamins
We don't want to sound like your mother, but certain vitamins are essential for vibrant skin. Vitamins A, B3, C and E are all powerhouses when it comes to curbing the damage caused by free radicals and helping to prevent premature aging.
Getting them from your diet is better than getting them from a pill, but get them one way or the other.
7. Drink plenty of water
Being properly hydrated is crucial for clear, glowing skin. Drinking plenty of pure water flushes out toxins, delivers nutrients to your cells, and keeps your cells hydrated. Hydrated skin = glowing skin. Need we say more?
8. Clean your cell phones, earbuds, and headsets
Every day, oils and bacteria accumulate on our phones, earbuds, and headsets, which are then in direct contact with our skin. Make sure to wipe them down every day with a soft disinfectant cloth.
